Ultimate Frisbee INformation:

These are very casual games, we mainly have fun! We have lots of substitutions so there are ample times to catch your breath and sit out. If you can jog around, then you can play!

We start at 6pm, play till 8pm or so, then normally go have beverages either at a friends house who lives next to the park, or we go into Seattle.

If you are a hard - core player, and/or have attitude problems, please dont show up, this game is not for you.

To Nigel's Friends, or others friends, Dean, Jame, AJ, etc... You are more than welcome and we look very much forward to seeing you.
